SALES ASSISTANTS NEEDED FOR GROWING BEVERAGE COMPANY
Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a reputable beverage company in search of Assistant Salespersons. This is a fantastic opportunity to jump start a long term sales career with a growing Central Valley employer. This is a salary plus commssion role, and salary is based on experience, with an average annual salary at $40K per year. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in beverage sales, or experience in a leadership role in the grocery/retail industry. Candidates should be result driven, able to prioritize effectively, have strong sales and negotiation skills along with excellent communication ability. Strong customer service skills arevital for success.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for regular call frequency on assigned retail accounts primarily to sell volume, increase distribution, merchandise, monitor price and shelf space management
- Build business relationships with and present professional sales presentations using sales histories.
- Responsible for maintaining published product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating product
- Responsible for maintaining up to date mobility system
- Selling in of new placements
- Merchandising with P.O.S materials
- Increase shelf space and introduce new brands and packages
