Hire Up Staffing Services is growing fast and we are looking to add more talent to our Visalia branch!
We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate and customer focused individual who is excited to join us on our journey of redefining the staffing experience! Someone with a strong inside and outside sales background who is passionate about finding people jobs!
In this role, the recruiter will be focused on attracting and acquiring local business and talent, providing exceptional service to our clients and our candidates; establishing relationships with professional in our community and developing proactive candidate searches. To accomplish this, you will need an innovative mindset, the ability to build trusting relationships, adaptability, and a sense of humor.
Prior staffing service experience would be great! A strong administrative and sales background would be wonderful. Ideally someone who already has a niche for this market in a sales capacity would excel in this position quickly.
Success is all based off of personal drive and dedication to goals. The position has an hourly rate, plus commission potential and bonuses. Your success is based on your sales and the sky is the limit!
Company fully pays the premium for medical, dental and life insurance policy for the employee. There is no out of pocket expenses for the employee to incur for their benefits. Voluntary benefits available for cancer care plan, additional life insurance, additional dental and accident insurance. Dependents can be added for an additional cost.
Minimum Requirements to apply are:
- 3+ years of business to business sales experience
- Professional appearance and dress attire
- Longevity at each work site, being a minimum of 2 years with each employer
- Professional personal brand on-line and through all social media outlets
- Prior staffing service experience is ideal
