Facility Maintenance Technician
Location: Austin, Texas
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role:
Hull Supply is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to manage daily recycling tasks, perform building repairs across three facilities, and handle janitorial upkeep. The role also includes operating a forklift to move furniture and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general building repairs and maintenance across three buildings.
- Handle daily recycling operations for plant items.
- Operate a forklift to move furniture and equipment as needed.
- Manage janitorial tasks to ensure a clean and functional environment.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in property management, construction, or general building repairs.
- 2+ years of forklift operation experience (must be proficient).
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and safety protocols.
- Experience in facility management or similar roles.
