Are you passionate about providing exceptional technical support for order processing in an industrial manufacturing environment? Join our customer's team as a Manufacturing Technical Design Specialist in Fresno, CA. You'll handle customer inquiries, coordinate with departments, and ensure top-notch service delivery on technical specs and mechanical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Field customer calls, address technical inquiries, and coordinate with sales and support teams.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage dispositions promptly.
- Liaise between departments to facilitate project completion and maintain service levels.
- Maintain safety training and adhere to protocols.
- Arrange product shipping logistics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support customers.
- Update CRM systems efficiently.
- Coordinate with production to fulfill orders.
- Expedite orders and provide status updates.
- Assist in pricing negotiations.
- Promote company products and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule sales meetings and site visits.
- Stay informed about product lead times.
- Liaise with vendors as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical design reading blue prints of machinery experience required.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
