We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Patent Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing searches, drafting and filing applications, and prosecuting both US and Foreign Patent Applications. The role requires a high level of expertise in the field, and the individual must be capable of handling the intricacies of patent law with precision.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Patent Attorney.
- Strong word processing skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated strong analytic, organizational, and communication skills.
- Sound chemical technical and scientific knowledge.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in legal documentation.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with both coworkers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough searches to assess the uniqueness of inventions.
- Drafting and filing patent applications in compliance with legal standards.
- Prosecuting US and Foreign Patent Applications, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Providing legal counsel and guidance on patent matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with inventors, and legal teams to gather necessary information for patent applications.
