As a Corporate Attorney with 7+ years of experience, you will play a vital role in our dynamic legal team, contributing your expertise in fund formation, governance, transactions, and securities matters. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of legal excellence, a dedication to precision in communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on fund formation, governance, transactions, and securities matters.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to strategize and execute effective legal solutions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work, ensuring the highest standards of legal representation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
-MUST come from a large firm or have extensive large firm experience in recent work experience.
- Applicable bar admission is required.
- Strong academic credentials, demonstrating a commitment to legal excellence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
