Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is excited to invite applications for an Accounts Receivable Specialist position, located in the Visalia area.
Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Handling Accounts Receivable and Conducting Collections Efforts
- Post Customer Payments
- Resolving and Reconciling Discrepancies in Billing and Payments
- Comfortably Initiating Collection Calls
- Providing Comprehensive Accounting Administrative Support as Directed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience Matters: A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable is a must.
- Communication is Key: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will drive your success.
- Educational Foundation: Strong knowledge of excel and word is a must.
Pay range for this position is $20 - $25/hr., depending on experience.
