Hire Up Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our client in the Modesto area! This is a temp to hire role offering a full time schedule with an amazing company! We are seeking dedicated employees with excellent math, problem solving, and communication skills.

Job Details:
Seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk able to work in a high-volume setting. This person will be responsible for processing all invoices, purchase orders, and disbursement requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of recent experience in an accounts payable or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS systems
- Proficient in typing
- Proficient math skills and quick problem solving skills
Pay Details:
- $21 - $22/hr
Job Duties:
- Process disbursements
- Reconcile/process company expenses
- Respond to inquires within the organization and outside as well
- Code/enter invoices and disbursement requests to appropriate accounts, departments and product lines
- Sort and route invoices for approval
- Perform other duties as assigned
