Facilities Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Job Type:
- Day Shift. M-F 7:30am - 4pm /13weeks
Pay:
- Hourly Rate: $30
- OT Rate: $ 45
Job Description:
- Maintains all Environment of Care (EOC), Life Safety, and Emergency Management records in an organized and auditable manner
- Provides support for the facilities computerized maintenance management systems. Acts as a liaison between vendors and staff, ensuring works orders are approved and completed in a timely manner
- Provides technical support and assists with questions about facilities systems.
- Schedules major inspections (Boilers, Elevator, etc.) and coordinates receipt of required and federal permits. Schedules all fire alarm and sprinkler inspections for the hospital and other AH properties. Schedules backflow assembly testing and receipt of reports. Coordinates services for all business units to include landscaping, pest control, biowaste removal, and document destruction
- Coordinates annual risk assessments relating to safety and environmental issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
