HR Recruiter / Administrative Assistant
Location: Irving, TX — 100% On-Site / In Person
Pay: $21-24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hire Up Staffing is seeking an HR Recruiter / Administrative Assistant to support our client’s Human Resources team in Irving, TX. This position will assist with a variety of HR functions, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support.
This is a fully in-person position with no remote or hybrid option. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Irving office every scheduled workday.
Key Responsibilities:

Review, sort, and organize incoming resumes

Screen candidates and assess qualifications for open positions

Assist with recruiting for various roles throughout the organization

Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-up

Assist with new-hire onboarding and related documentation

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Maintain accurate candidate and employee records

Help ensure recruiting and onboarding processes stay organized and on schedule

Previous recruiting, HR, or administrative experience preferred

Experience with recruiting and/or onboarding is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks

Comfortable working in a fast-paced HR environment

Must be available to work on-site in Irving Monday–Friday
