Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls, assist with customer inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
- Invoice Processing: Handle 70+ invoices daily using our accounting software (NetSuite) and ensure accuracy in billing and monthly balancing.
- General Ledger Review: Create journal entries and resolve discrepancies in vendor statements through thorough research and communication.
- Regulatory Compliance: Calculate and submit state forms for CRV/Excise Tax/Spirit Tax and more.
- Team Collaboration: Engage with colleagues and supervisors, maintaining clear and respectful communication.
- Maintain Order: Keep your workspace tidy and demonstrate flexibility in responding to organizational needs.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts payable processing, preferably in a digital format.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and NetSuite.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer Service Mindset: Deliver quality service through effective communication in person, via phone, email, and in writing.
