Full Charge Bookkeeper
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who is confident handling full-cycle accounting and supporting financial reporting and compliance.
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $25-$32 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting department operations

Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations

Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues

Support internal and external audits and assist with internal control implementation

Stay current on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and procedures

Proficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks and/or Sage

Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements

High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
