Job Description



Hire Up Healthcare is currently seeking  Accounting for a 13-week local contract for a hospital facility in Fresno, CA.  This is a great opportunity to work with a well-known organization.  Must have 1 year of experience.

Job Summary:
  • Responsible for maintaining financial records by recording transactions, processing invoices, balancing accounts and generating reports, analyzing financial statements. 


Pay:
  • $25.00

Essential Functions:
 
  • Utilizes reports to identify data elements/records to be pulled for data collections.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records including ledgers and journals by posting transactions and balancing accounts. 
  •  Examine financial records to identify potential risks and opportunities. They also conduct variance analyses to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Invoice Processing.
  • Accountants prepare financial documents such as income statements and balance sheets. They also prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
 
Requirements: 
  • 1+ Years of experience in Accounting setting. 
  • Must be Proficient in Excel.
  • Bachelors's Degree in Accounting.
  • Lawson Experience Preferred
  • High School Education/GED or equivalent
