Position: Accounting Administrator

Job Description: North Fresno Ag Company is seeking a diligent and organized Accounting Administrator to join our team. This entry-level position will evolve over time, offering growth and additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
- Post and verify customer payments
- Invoice and generate weekly statements
- Manage collections and aging reports for sales
- Research and resolve discrepancies
General Office Payables:
- Verify and process bills
- Properly code bills to the correct GL
- Cut checks as directed
- Create and maintain a monthly bill schedule to ensure all bills are received and paid
Travel Coordination:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Verify travel plans with employees
- Search for and book flights, hotels, and cars to meet travel needs
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-of-month close tasks
- Perform general HR duties, including managing benefits forms and ensuring all forms are up to date and properly filed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Reliable and extremely trustworthy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn accounting software systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
Education:
- High school diploma required
- AA or BA in business preferred but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
