Job Description
Hire Up Healthcare is currently seeking Accounting Clerk for a 13-week local contract for a hospital facility in Fresno, CA. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-known organization. Must have at least 6 months -1 year of experience
Job Summary:
- Responsible for maintaining financial records by recording transactions, processing invoices, balancing accounts and generating reports.
Pay:
- $19.00 -$20.00 DEO
Essential Functions:
- Utilizes reports to identify data elements/records to be pulled for data collections.
- Maintaining accurate financial records including ledgers and journals by posting transactions and balancing accounts.
- Invoice Processing
- Assisting with month - end closing procedures. Perfuming necessary task to finalize financial records at the end of each month.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1+ Years of experience in Accounting setting. Medical setting preferred.
- Must be Proficient in Excel.
- High School Education/GED or equivalent
