Job Description
Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a leader in their industry, and we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Carrollton, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company that values dedication and teamwork.
Pay: $20–$25/hour | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume invoices (100+ per day)
• Pay vendors via check, ACH, and wire transfers
• Perform two- and three-way matching
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Maintain accuracy and organization in all AP functions
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of dedicated AP experience (not a side duty)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Positive team attitude
