Job Description
Schedule- M-F 8a-5p
Pay- DOE -$21/hr.
Responsibilities-
- Oversee cash payments, and all ledger entries
- Ensure disbursements to all vendors and promptly processed
- Respond to all vendor request to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Generate 1099 forms and ensure all information is updated and accurate
- Review invoices for accuracy and submit payable information to ensure cost accuracy
- Prepare reports on AP status, aging, and cash flow projections
- Support finance team through audits including preparing documentation and reconciliations in relation to the AP department
Requirements-
- Highly skilled in SAP
- 3+ years of experience as an AP Clerk or similar role
- Experience with journal entries, MS Excel, month-end close, and high attention to detail
