Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experience Accounts Payable Specialist for a local Fresno client of ours!

Pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. 

Full Time Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Receiving, reviewing and processing incoming operating expense invoices, electronic upload invoices, and ensure all payment requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Financial, administrative and clerical support
  • In charge of making payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors
  • Paying vendor invoices or bills, and recording the company's short-term debts
  • Performing day to day transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
  • Verifying recurring operating vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3-5 years of accounts payable experience required.
  • Competency with Excel required.
