Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle and distribute faxes in a timely manner.
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is replenished as needed.
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide safety equipment to visitors as required.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of verifiable work experience.
- Data entry experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor)
