Executive Assistant – South Fresno Area
Full-Time | $25-$35/hour depending on experience
We are partnering with a prestigious company in the South Fresno area seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their CEO and CFO/President. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced administrative and secretarial duties with minimal supervision

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
-
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive review
-
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
-
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
-
Assist in planning and coordinating executive-level projects and initiatives
-
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 5 recent years of experience supporting senior-level executives
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality

Proven track record of multitasking, prioritizing, and working under pressure
Schedule:
-
Monday to Friday, standard business hours
