Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our clients' shipping and receiving operations. This is a clerical role focused on organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

- Organize driver manifests and shipping paperwork for accuracy and compliance
- Handle all shipping and receiving documentation for incoming and outgoing materials
- Create and maintain packing lists
- Communicate with customers regarding shipments, discrepancies, and documentation needs
- Answer and direct incoming office phone calls professionally
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer emails
- Perform general data entry and administrative office support
- Previous administrative experience (required) 1-2 years
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
