Assembler – $18.50/hr
Location: Humble, TX (Candidates must live within 25 minutes of the facility)

Job Overview
As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in constructing electrical panels, junction boxes, and other components. You’ll use your hands-on skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality assembly in accordance with blueprints and written instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical panels and components using tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and soldering irons.
- Drill holes and operate basic machinery as needed for fasteners and other assembly tasks.
- Follow detailed blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to meet production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while minimizing material waste.
- Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 2+ years of electrical assembly experience required.
- Must have experience with tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and soldering irons (list specific tools in your submission).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using soldering irons and other basic equipment.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and assembly diagrams.
- Physical Requirements:
- Strong hand dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Broad assembly experience, especially with electrical or mechanical components.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 80079-34:2011 standards.
Additional Information
- Hourly Rate: $18.50/hr
