Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking motivated Assemblers for a medical product manufacturing facility in Vista, CA. This role primarily involves assembling knee braces and related medical products using a variety of tools and fixtures.
Pay Rate: $17.90/hour
Position Type: Contract (6 months+)
Schedule: Day shift with occasional Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:

Use power tools, hand tools, and universal fixtures to assemble knee braces and related medical products.

Maneuver materials up to 50 lbs as needed.

Stand for extended periods throughout the day.

Work in environments with varying temperatures (hot and cold).

Sand surfaces to prepare for painting.

Prepare and mix paint according to established guidelines.

Cut materials per specifications and guidelines.

Participate in manufacturing audits and 5S program initiatives.

Report work-related problems or concerns to supervisors or leads promptly.

Demonstrate understanding of basic assembly techniques and approaches.

Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:

Previous assembly experience preferred, especially in medical products or manufacturing.

Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs safely.

Comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures.

Familiarity with basic power and hand tools.

Attention to detail and quality.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
