Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a client in the Visalia area. The starting pay rate is $21/hour, depending on experience.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist tenants over the phone and in-person
- Collect rent
- Help maintain satisfactory tenant management relations
- Prepare and submit weekly reports
- Help execute leases
- Inspect units
- Tenant screening
- Assist with supervision of maintenance and office staff
- Perform other related work as required
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in property management
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred but not required
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Valid CA Drivers License
- Ability to pass a DMV and background check
