Job Posting: Associate Account Manager (Customer Service)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Salary: $48,000/yr - $68,000/yr + Bonus, Profit sharing, Overtime


We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with 2-3 years of insurance experience or training to join our team. In this role, you will primarily assist Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in delivering accurate and professional customer service to Commercial P&C customers across various industries, including real estate, technology, and contractors.

Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role in Fort Worth, TX, with flexibility for work from home. The Associate Account Manager will be crucial in managing client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves providing essential administrative support to the Account Management team.
  • Primarily responsible for providing accurate and professional customer service to assigned Commercial P&C customers within various industries, including real estate, technology, contractors, etc.
  • Ensures the accuracy of policy endorsements
  • Checks issued policies for accuracy and follows up with carriers, as needed, for corrections
  • Processes Certificate of Insurance Requests for customers
  • Contributes to achieving department and organization revenue growth goals through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2-3 years of insurance experience and/or training
Pay Range in Fort Worth, TX:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
- Base Salary: $48,000/yr - $68,000/yr
Additional Compensation Types: Bonus, Profit sharing, Overtime
