Location: Arizona (Preference for candidates with Arizona Bar admission)
Job Description:
Hire Up Staffing, in collaboration with a respected law firm, is currently seeking a Patent Associate Attorney to join its Intellectual Property group. The ideal candidate will be a registered practitioner before the United States Patent Office, with a background or demonstrated experience in the IT Technology Industry
Requirements:
- Registered to practice before the United States Patent Office.
- Preferably holds a degree in or possesses work experience related to IT Technology
- Minimum of one to four years of experience in interviewing inventors, drafting, and prosecuting patent applications,
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and writing skills are essential.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to take on significant responsibility and engage in direct client contact.
- Preference will be given to candidates with law firm experience and Arizona Bar admission.
