Auto Detailing Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the business
- Serve as the face of the company, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Manage full-cycle hiring processes including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and terminations
- Lead, coach, and develop staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment
- Handle payroll, budgeting, and overall financial tracking/reporting
- Monitor business performance and implement strategies for growth and efficiency
- Drive business development efforts to increase revenue and customer base
- Ensure proper cash handling and operational compliance
- Utilize software systems for scheduling, payroll, and operational management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Prior management experience in a service-based industry required (auto detailing/car wash strongly preferred)
- Proven management or leadership experience required
- Experience with payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong business development and operational experience
- Proficiency with business software systems (POS, payroll, scheduling, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible to work within business hours
- Operation is open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
