Job Description
Hire Up is seeking a fulltime, temp-to-hire Bank Teller for a reputable banking institution in Los Gatos, California! This position will start as soon as possible!
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 830am-515pm
Hourly Rate: $20-$23 DOE
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Answer customer calls with a customer-first approach, solving their issues and making their banking experience memorable.
- Enhance Banking Experiences: Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs, helping them improve their banking experience.
- Receive Training: Gain the skills and knowledge to handle increasingly complex customer inquiries through extensive, paid training.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role. Previous banking experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and computer proficiency.
- Mindset: Positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must not have had a bank account closed for negative activity, owe money to a financial institution, or have a history of bounced checks.
