Hire Up Staffing is hiring an Bilingual Administrative Accounting Assistant in the West Houston area!
Position Overview: This role primarily involves administrative tasks with light accounting responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounts receivable tasks, document management, and providing support to the accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in accounting while contributing to the efficiency of our department.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:
- Upload invoices into customer portals.
- Reconcile invoices to purchase orders.
- Handle customer payment inquiries and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Document Management:
- Scan documents from our warehouse.
- Upload scanned documents to shared files in our system.
- Organize and maintain electronic files with a keen eye for detail.
- Utilize Adobe software for document processing and editing.

Customer Correspondence:
- Respond to customer requests via email.
- Assist in providing requested documents and information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with accounts receivable and basic accounting principles is required. (at least 2 years)
- Proficiency in using Adobe software for document management is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably P21, is a plus but not mandatory.
