Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is hiring a highly skilled Bilingual Client Service Representative for our well-established client in North Houston.
Job Duties-
- Assist customers with orders, interacting extensively to clarify their needs, research and recommend parts, provide quotes, and take orders
- Actively create new and add-on sales and generate leads for Outside Sales
- Responsible for providing sales support and service to original equipment manufacturers, industrial companies, heavy equipment customers, etc
- Process customer telephone orders, assist walk-in customers, pricing, delivery inquiries, and quoting of products
- Take orders by phone and mail, of customers who are purchasing and receiving a specific product line, check the availability of stock, back order status, vendor schedules, and shipping dates; quote prices; and write and processing of orders
- Work from worksheets, inventory lists, part number files, and related information in order to assist customers
- Gather information as to costs, discounts, stock availability
- Expedite order inquiries, check the status of orders, follow up on back orders, and lost orders
- Will investigate defects, damages, and incorrect shipments and schedule shipments
- Follow-up on the status of equipment that has been dispatched out
- Monitors customer returns as required, including investigating the cause and recommending or approving reshipment or credit, and processing the necessary paperwork
- Will seek and grow opportunities to increase business and account base by qualifying and opening new business accounts utilizing sales techniques to add-on sell, up-sell, and provide professional customer service
- Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
- Must be an assertive team player with a positive attitude, high energy level, and ability to establish rapport and build relationships with current and potential customers
Highly skilled navigating software and computer proficient
Detail oriented and skilled with SAP
Spanish Bilingual required
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics planning.
Pay- $21/hr. DOE.
