Job Title: Bilingual Business Collections Specialist (Spanish/English)
Location: Houston, Texas (in person everyday)
Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour
Job may offer hybrid after 1 year.

Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Bilingual Business Collections Specialist for a confidential distribution company in the Northwest Houston area. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounts receivable experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this position.
Job Overview
In this role, you will handle business-to-business collections, manage customer accounts, resolve billing issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Review open accounts for collection efforts and perform timely follow-ups.
- Conduct outbound collection calls professionally in both Spanish and English to maintain and improve customer relations.
- Address and resolve billing issues and account delinquencies.
- Monitor assigned accounts according to company policies and guidelines.
- Process payments as needed, ensuring collection aligns with payment terms.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, delivering high-quality service in both languages.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts receivable or business collections.
- Language: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access).
