Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Description:
Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Medical Billing for a well-established chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position for someone fluent in both English and Spanish, who thrives in a clinical setting and can balance both administrative and patient care responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:

Greet and check in patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily patient flow

Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, insurance billing and process payments
-
Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR/EMR)
-
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning
Back Office Duties:

Prepare exam rooms and assist with chiropractic treatments
-
Take and document vital signs and patient medical histories
-
Educate patients on care plans and post-treatment instructions
-
Ensure cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
Qualifications:
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
-
Medical Assistant (MA) or similar training preferred
-
Prior experience in a front/back office setting, preferably chiropractic or allied health
-
Proficient with EMR systems and general office software
-
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
-
Professional, punctual, and patient-focused
What We Offer:

$24.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience
