Job Description


Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join a busy Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law Firm in Clifton, NJ. This role offers excellent benefits, including fully paid health insurance and a 401k plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, letters, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under attorney supervision.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, scheduling client meetings, submitting motions, conducting legal research, and coordinating witnesses.
  • Order, review, and summarize medical records for discovery purposes.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an ABA-approved paralegal program.
  • Recent experience in personal injury law is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, PC Law, and Needles.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a law firm.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
