Machine Operator
Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking motivated Entry-Level CNC Machinists to join a growing manufacturing team in the Jersey Village area. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build their skills and grow within a stable and hands-on environment.
Pay: $17+/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Review work instructions, technical drawings, and job specifications to prepare for machining tasks

Set up and operate CNC equipment, including installing tools and adjusting machine settings

Load raw materials and ensure proper positioning for production runs

Inspect initial and in-process parts to confirm accuracy and quality standards

Monitor machining operations such as cutting, drilling, and shaping to ensure precision

Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following company safety guidelines

Perform routine machine upkeep and report any maintenance needs

Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure workflow continuity
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining or related experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
