Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting project blueprints and utilizing software to produce programs for CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in the manufacturing process. Experience with Steel Solutions, SigmaNest, and Tekla Power-Fab systems is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize software to produce CNC machine programs.
- Create, document, and back-up all programs.
- Review specifications to ensure accurate setup procedures, machine sequences, and dimensions.
- Assure quality and production requirements are met.
- Collaborate with machinists to solve programming problems.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CNC Programming experience.
- Proficiency in Steel Solutions or SigmaNest CAD/CAM software.
- Knowledge of Tekla Power-Fab system is a plus.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (overtime as needed)
