**Job Title: Pay-per-Signature Representative - Independent Contractor Opportunity**

**Job Description:**

Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking motivated individuals to work as Independent Contractor Pay-per-Signature Representatives. This unique opportunity offers flexibility and competitive compensation based on performance.

As a Pay-per-Signature Representative, your primary role will be to collect signatures on behalf of an Independent Agency collecting signatures for a political campaign. You will engage with potential individuals that are registered to vote in the state of Texas at various locations, such as public events and malls, to present our products or services and gather signatures on relevant documents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Engage with the public in a professional manner to introduce the agenda.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of the offerings to potential registered voters.
- Collect signatures from interested individuals on necessary documents or contracts.
- Ensure accurate completion of all required information on documents.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly signature collection targets set solely at your discretion. 
- Maintain detailed records of signatures collected and submit regular reports weekly during the duration of the project.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements for document collection.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with other members to optimize performance and achieve goals.


- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed. *Reimbursement for travel expenses is your responsibility. 
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and document management software.


This position is paid on a pay-per-signature basis as an Independent Contractor. The average pay for Pay-per-Signature Representatives could range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on performance and the number of verified signatures collected.


Please be aware that this is an independent contractor position. Contractors will not be classified as employees and will not receive W-2 forms. Instead, contractors will be responsible for their own insurance, taxes and benefits. Services are compensated based on the number of verified signatures collected during the project duration.
