Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is currently searching for a Cardiac Ultrasound Tech with a minimum of 2 years of experience performing echocardiology testing for a large medical client in the Houston area! 

Shift: 7:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Pay: $39/hr.-$41/hr. DOE 

Job Duties include:
  • Perform and analyze all types of echocardiography (e.g., 2D, M-Mode, Doppler, Stress, Transesophageal) and adjust exams based on clinical history to address diagnostic questions.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis of echocardiographic studies, including systolic/diastolic function, pulmonary pressure, valvular abnormalities, and critical values.
  • Maintain and prepare equipment for procedures, ensuring proper cleaning and disinfection following use.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, documenting and reporting critical values immediately.
  • Disinfect TEE probes following vendor guidelines and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • RDCS or RCS through the CCI is required
  • 2 years experience required.
  • Strain knowledge is strongly preferred
