Client Service Representative

Job Description
Experience:
Must have 4+ years of experience in a customer services role.
Skilled with ERP systems and Excel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Provide quotes for customer requests in a timely manner.
- Proactively manage customer orders, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries, offering solutions and escalating as necessary.
- Collaborate with customers on quotation and billing matters.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange shipment of necessary parts for service calls.
- Work alongside service coordinators to schedule service personnel for appropriate calls.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to adapt and learn various job responsibilities.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
