Job Description
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 DOE
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Skills:
- Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivables billing/collections.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Great phone etiquette; able to effectively relate via telephone to serve the needs of customers in an efficient and productive manner.
- Time management and organizational skills: prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying organized.
- Fluent in billing terminology used and referenced in the billing of services.
- Ability to gracefully assist unhappy customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Problem-solving skills: Analyzing complex problems, developing creative solutions, and making sound decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Administrative Assistants/Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year Preferred
