Schedule: M-F 7am-5pm flexible on schedule

o Must be able to work at the computer several hours a day, five days a week.
o Collections of outstanding balances.
o Comprehension of City ordinances to determine tax liabilities within assigned jurisdictions.
o Call center monitoring, assistance with supervisor request transfers.
o Taxpayer consultation within the LTC call center environment.
o Processing of applications, statements and any other documents received.
o Attention to detail; ability to compare and recognize discrepancies in data.
o Outbound calls for account information retrieval and follow up.
o Maintenance of accounts and preparation of City payment batches.
o General Office duties include but are not limited to filing, scanning of documents and other general functions.
o Utilizing data to identify and notify non-compliant businesses.
o Prepare company outbound correspondence via USPS and private courier.
o Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
o A moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate degree preferred, or the equivalent amount of related experience.
o A moderate degree of analysis, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
o Demonstrate the principles of good customer service to all customers and colleagues.
o Demonstrate compliance with all company policies and/or regulations.
