Customer Service & Install Coordinator (Fireplace Division)
Location: Fresno, CA
Pay: $20/hour to $22–$23/hour after trial period
A well-established construction supply company in Fresno is seeking a Customer Service & Install Coordinator to support their Fireplace Division. This company specializes in kitchen builds, appliances, and fireplaces/stoves, and this role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth experience for customers after the sale.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers after purchase
- Coordinate fireplace installations and schedule with installers
- Answer customer questions and provide ongoing support
- Process orders, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle invoicing and assist with payment collection
- Communicate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and shipping
- Work with reps to keep accounts updated and organized
- Ensure all customer concerns are resolved promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service or coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry and order processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams or locations preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Experience with MAS 200 is a plus
Schedule:
- 7am-4pm Monday–Friday
