Pay Rate: $22.00-$35.00
Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM with possible OT
Job Summary: The Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This role involves analyzing project plans, obtaining bids from subcontractors, and working closely with project managers to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractor services.
- Obtain and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to clarify project details and resolve issues.
- G.O Tech soil Reports
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
