Job Description
Salary: $200K+ Based on Experience

Are you a strategic, hands-on financial leader ready to take ownership and drive results? We’re seeking a seasoned Controller with 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience—someone who thrives in a corporate setting, embraces challenges head-on, and has a proven track record of leading through change.
This is a high-level leadership role that requires a big-picture thinker who can roll up their sleeves, collaborate with executive leadership, and help steer the company through growth, acquisitions, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions with precision and strategic foresight.

Manage month-end and year-end closings, consolidations, and audits.

Partner with leadership and investors to provide transparency, forecasting, and actionable insights.

Oversee M&A financial integrations and ensure compliance across multiple entities.

Implement process improvements, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations that align with long-term goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in corporate environments.

Strong technical accounting background (GAAP, consolidations, audits).

Proven experience with company acquisitions, investor relations, and complex financial structures.

Excellent communication and leadership skills—someone who says “yes” to challenges and delivers results.

Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and make it happen.
