Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Controller for a non-profit organization in the Visalia area! This is a Direct Hire position. The starting pay range is $85k-$100K/year, with consideration of a higher pay depending on experience.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller
Background in non-profit (preferably in education and working with grants)
Proficient in GAAP principles
Good grasp of budgets and overall accounting
Team player with a servants heart
Easy to work with and good management skills
