What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for customer calls and walk-ins, offering prompt and friendly assistance
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism
  • Research and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, aiming for first-call resolutions
  • Collaborate with your supervisor to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Take responsibility for key office operations, including opening the office and managing front-office tasks

What We’re Looking For:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Proven communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized and efficient, even in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Experience with front-office or customer-facing roles is highly valued
