Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a premier supplier of propane in the United States and is seeking dedicated
Customer Care Representatives to join the team in Irving, TX.
Pay Range: $16 - $20hr. depending on exp., location, and training
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and some occasional OT (100% in office)
Summary: In this key role, you’ll manage inbound calls, handle administrative tasks, work with invoicing issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Your focus will be on prompt, courteous support and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage customer inquiries across multiple programs.
- Provide first-level support and resolve complaints effectively.
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing customer resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Track performance metrics and adhere to call center duties.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and organization.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and administrative experience, preferably in a call-center environment with industrial products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and attendance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Chrome, CRM, and Financial Systems.
- Excellent communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Comfortable with managing high volumes of inbound calls
- Positive attitude and willingness to perform and make a difference as part of the team.
- Ability to work remotely during severe weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
