Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Care Rep in the Willis area for our manufacturing client!
Pay-$18/hr.
M-F 8a-5p
Must be able to start right away!
Skills:

- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

- Able to handle stress and maintain a high level of service.
- Strong computer and typing skills (50 WPM or higher).
- Respectful and professional in all interactions.
Job duties and requirements:
- Manage various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with team members and support sales as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Assist customers by gathering information, answering inquiries, and addressing needs.
- Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Support customers with order placement, billing, and inquiries.
- Respond to emails promptly
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
- Promote products and services to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to meet performance goals and expectations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Call center experience is a plus.
