Job Description

Elevate Your Customer Service Career, Embrace Challenges, and Join a Team Committed to Excellence! Hire Up is partnered with one of the oldest and largest supplier of paper products in the United States and is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join this dynamic team in Dallas, TX! 
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 3 shifts
7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 
Pay: $18/hr. -$25/hr. (DOE)
  Responsibilities: 
  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Process orders via various channels and ensure accurate pricing. 
  • Check supplier details for price, availability, and ETA. 
  • Verify inventory and determine freight terms. 
  • Confirm customer credit status and process orders accordingly. 
  • Manage outbound and inbound stock orders. 
  • Assist walk-in customers and support sales representatives. 
  • Process credit card transactions and assist with inventory. 
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse and dispatch. 
  • Oversee house account responsibilities, stay updated on key information, and support special projects. 
Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience and a plus if within a logistics/supplier environment. 
  • Computer savvy (MS Office, Outlook), quick learner of systems. 
  • Basic math skills. 
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station. 
  • Proficient in using computer, telephone, fax machine, copy machine, and calculator. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a PLUS!
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.

Job Requirements

Familiarity with the paper, packaging products industry; logistics knowledge; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Reliable, takes initiative; ability to learn and be flexible; basic math skills; comfortable using outdated computer software and soon transitioning to a new system.
