Manufacturing Customer Coordinator – Madera, CA
Pay: $20–$23/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A well-established company in Madera is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Coordinator with order entry and customer service experience specifically in a manufacturing environment. This role supports both customers and internal teams, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter customer orders accurately into the system

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and updates

Work closely with production and shipping departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery

Provide general administrative support to internal departments as needed
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment handling customer service and order entry

Proven job stability in previous roles

QuickBooks Desktop experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Local candidates in Madera preferred
