Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is partnering with a well-established company in the Goshen area to fill a full-time, contract Customer Service & Inside Sales Support position. This opportunity is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in order processing and customer service.
Customer Service & Inside Sales Support – $25/hr.
Contract Position | Full-Time | Goshen, CA
Duration: 4+ months (leave coverage)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Type: Contract only (4+ months)
What You’ll Do:

Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, EDI, and web requests

Manage order cut-off times and maintain internal load request systems
-
Handle incoming customer calls and direct them appropriately
-
Resolve customer issues using de-escalation techniques
-
Support multiple locations, products, and departments
-
Cross-sell and upsell products where applicable
-
Stay up to date on product knowledge and systems
-
Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
What We’re Looking For:
-
2+ years of customer service experience (shared service or similar)
-
Experience with retail, wholesale, or inside sales support
-
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
